Working in partnership with the design team at Paper Rose, the Loxleys4Life Eco-Glitter made its debut at the industry wide event; The Retas.
The invite was printed using only biodegradable finishes, on a board made from post consumer coffee cup waste and using printing techniques that minimised the environmental impact of the invite. Teamed with the fantastic sea life artwork the invitation turned out to be one that ‘David Attenborough would be pleased with’. Loxleys have led the way in creating an example of how environmentally responsible products can be produced. This product was supplied free-of-charge in support for the greeting card industry.
Reggie Pugh, Paper Rose’s Creative Director, commented “The challenge was to make the industry event invite totally environmentally responsible. Working with the graphics from our creative team, pioneering their eco-flitter and printing it on recycled coffee cup board from GF Smith; Loxleys offered us great service and always rise to a challenge when we want to achieve something new, critical to the success of our business. We have a great working/development partnership.”
