Loxleys 2024 customer survey raises a brilliant £340 for arts charity Ignite Imaginations

Customer feedback is incredibly important to Loxleys, the relationship with our customers and our ability to listen and proactively react has played a huge part in the growth of the business over the past 170 years. Our annual customer survey is just one of the ways we gain a better understanding of our customers needs and priorities.

We are proud to share that our 2024 survey results show improvement in customer satisfaction across litho and digital customers, with high scores throughout key areas including product quality, customer service and lead times. Significantly, in this years survey 100% of participants said they would recommend Loxleys services to others.

We’d like to share a huge thank you to our customers who completed this years survey. Loxleys has donated £20 per completed survey (£340 total) to Ignite Imaginations, an arts charity based in Sheffield. The total raised will go towards hosting creative workshops and events and improving accessibility to art in underprivileged community groups.
