Level 2 & 3 Print Apprenticeship (BPIF accredited)

About our print apprenticeships:
Your apprenticeship will start at Level 2, with the option
to progress to Level 3. It will be production based,
training to work as a machine operator.

Our apprenticeships include:
An overview of all our production equipment with basic
training on all our machines including health and safety
measures, production techniques, and quality
requirements. After this, we’ll arrange a chat about further
training in a specific area of the production process,
enabling you to specialise on a particular machine.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking all vocational training to enable you to
    run various production equipment safely and at
    established production output speeds
  • Learn the culture and values of Loxleys
  • Learn about customer expectations, how to resolve
    problems and how to ensure quality
  • Learn how to organise and work in a health and
    safety compliant environment

 

Who we are looking for:

  • A positive attitude, motivated, enthusiastic and able
    to work under your own initiative
  • Someone who is computer literate, has the ability to
    learn and the ability to question
  • A practical individual who is looking for a hands on
    role

What will be expected: 
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 07.30am to 15.00pm
Minimum 5 GCSE grades A-C
